Horizontal impregnating and drying production line
Newly designed single horizontal impregnating and drying production line is used to continuously impregnate, dry and cut decorative paper, insulation paper(wood pulp) in line of wood-based panel.
Wind and un-wind system adopts frequency converter servo control and displacement tension feedback control, the speed can reach up to 70m/min, cutting is also servo control, its precision can be 1mm.
The gap of metering rollers is electronically adjusted and digital indicated. Electric control system adopts site bus and digital control, mechanical speed reach up to 100m/min.
